Nylon Depth Filter

ClearPore Nylon when your liquid is viscous or at high temperature, but needs filtering

Nylon depth filters are ideal for processes requiring high dirt-holding capacity, excellent flow rates, and resistance to aggressive solvents or alkaline cleaning agents. Commonly used in water treatment, chemicals, inks, coatings, and industrial processes, they provide consistent performance and long service life even under variable operating conditions.

Technical Details

  • Filter Medium - 100% Nylon depth filter with graded depth structure that maximizes dirt holding capacity and filter service life.

  • Construction - All Nylon construction with minimal extractables and broad chemical compatibility. Fibers are thermally bonded without use of binders, resins, surfactants or adhesives; materials conform to 21 CFR part 177.

  • Absolute micron ratings - 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100μm

  • Available lengths - 4.87", 9.75", 10.0", 20.0", 30.0", 40.0", 50.0"

  • Maximum operating temperature - 80oC

  • Available end caps - DOE (Crush), DOE (Flat Seals), C7, C2, C8, C3

  • Available formats - Cartridge

Applications

  • High-viscosity and/or high-temperature chemicals or mastics.
  • Fine Chemicals - Carbon removal trap filters 
  • Coatings - Solvent and Aqueous based paints, Lacquers, Emulsions, inks and Waxes
