Technical Details

  • Filter Medium: 100% Polypropylene depth cartridge filter with graded depth structure that maximises dirt holding capacity and filter service life.

  • Construction: All Polypropylene construction with minimal extractables and broad chemical compatibility. Fibers are thermally bonded without use of binders, resins, surfactants or adhesives; materials conform to 21 CFR part 177.

  • Available micron ratings - 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100μm - Both absolute rated , Beta5000, and nominally rated available

  • Available lengths - 4.87", 9.75", 10.0", 20.0", 30.0", 40.0", 50.0"

  • Maximum operating temperature: XX Degrees

  • Maximum differential pressure: 4.0 bar @ 20°C

  • Sterilisation & Sanitisation - Steam at 121oC; Hot water 85oC

  • Available end caps - DOE (Crush), DOE (Flat Seals), C7, C2, C8, C3 

  • Available formats - Cartridge 

Applications

ClearPore Depth cartridge filters remove particulates - particles, gels, and agglomerations. They ensure visual clarity of liquids, prevent damage, blockage, wear & tear of process pipework & equipment. 

  • Chemicals & solvents - Particulate removal and prefiltration of membrane cartridge filters 
  • Digital Ink - Particulate removal, haze and colloidial removal 
  • Process Water - RO membrane protection in desalination and industrial applications
  • Food & Beverage - Brewing, spirits, wine, soft drinks requiring particulate, haze or colloidal removal
